The Culinary Institute "Gianni Brera" of Como offers tour operators and companies the possibility to organize cooking classes in its kitchens.
The course will be hands-on and, thanks to the sizes of the kitchens, the Institute can accommodate large groups, up to 100 people.
The work will be organized into groups and each group will be followed by a chef and an interpreter, and will be assigned the recipes to prepare. Depending on the time at disposal, the participants may go first to a nearby food market to buy the ingredients needed to prepare the recipes.
At the end of the class, the participants will have the possibility to savour their preparation or, should they prefer to have a meal (lunch or dinner), they will be able to sit down at the restaurant of the Institute and eat what they have prepared, accompanied by a wine.
In addition to the cooking class, by now a “classic” in Team Building, we offer other activities, always linked to the world of food and wine.
For example:
- challenge each other on some cooking techniques;
- blind tastings of drinks and wines;
- the recognition of odors and flavors;
- the identification of the ingredients in some preparations;
- the creation of finger foods;
- the preparation of cocktails

1. Teambuilding activity (2 hours)
